Brewhouse and Kitchen

Great location, lovely clean, spacious flat. Staff in the pub all very friendly. Nice atmosphere, good choice of food and drink.

No light switch for the hall light, only movement sensor controlled. Would have been great to just turn it off as it had a mind of it's own.

Spacious with plenty of sleeping space, beds and linen was clean.

No plug to wash up, property was dirty, splatters of food etc on the walls and doors. No wifi as promised.

The location is great, food in the restaurant below was nice

The accomodation was filthy. I don't think it was actually cleaned at all, there was pubic hairs in the bath and beds, kitchen floor was disgusting. Dirty towels from previous occupant left on bathroom floor, lights flicked on and off all night, the bins were not emptied.

Lovely apartment, very spacious, clean and beds were super comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Had a great meal in the brew house and kitchen downstairs. Lovely local town with lots of restaurants and bars. Walked along the beautiful coastline into Bournemouth. Would definitely stay again.

No faults whatsoever

It is a great location and good value for how many beds it has. The bar below is really useful if you don’t want to go far. But lots of amenities in the area.

The property felt a bit ‘shabby’ in places. It felt like it needed a quick coat of paint, a refresh. Unfortunately when you read through the description it doesn’t say it’s also an event space. There was an event on the Saturday night we stayed in the front bar, basically very very loud music. My 17 and 21 year old even complained about the noise as it finished in the early hours on Easter Sunday. One room had bunk beds in it. If you’d got young children this would have been a very late night. I enquired about Sunday night, another event and got told ‘You’ll be ok you’re on the back you can’t hear it’ . It was quieter on Sunday. Every time we tried to order a drink or food something was out of stock. Then the co-op delivery came at 5am with the recycling lorry. A bit tired after a three day getaway. I did speak to the management who did offer compensation but nothings come of it after emails and 4 weeks.

There is a real issue with the automatic lights in the hall. The hall lights kept us awake most of the night as they would keep turning on and off most of the night, despite not being triggered by movement.

I went to the reception desk and was met with a very happy and helpful man. The rooms were great, nice and big, clean and plenty of amenities. Would definitely come here again if in a big group!
