Cluj ApartHotel - VIVA CITY -

The location is good ( next to Iulius Mall). It looks nice and you have everything you need if you want to eat.

I was travelling with my mother and she just wanted to stay at the apartment and watch a movie. Anyway she couldn’t do this because the TV didn’t work and the staff didn’t help her with that. (they didn’t send a person) They should understand that there are people who just want to stay at the property and enjoy their free time. The shower drain was clogged and the bedsheets were terrible.

The area that this apartment was perfect and views amazing.

we stayed there for a few hours to kill time before the flight. The view and the balcony was perfect, but the place was a bit stinky. and the Wi-Fi was not really working.

The apartment was huge and the host was very helpful, he assisted us with every step of the accommodation process. We also got a beautiful view of the surroundings from the eight floor. Parking was free and easily accessed.

This was by far the worst accommodation I've staid in, with more than 100 places in 20+ countries

Hair on the bed Dirt on the floors Broken Sofa No bed sheets No toilet paper No heating Wind blowing around the windows (10th floor) We were traveling with 2 children, was the most horible night we've ever had on a trip, ruined the entire trip (wife and 1 kid got cold also). We moved out in the first morning although we had booked 3 nights as it was impossible to stay in those conditions and the owner was not cooperant, quite on the contrary and did not want to accept our refund request. Ended up paying high last minute price for another accommodation. The appartment is old and has been weared out without any renovation. Is used mostly by hookers as far as I could tell . The owner needs to reconsider the attitude and invest some money if he really wants to be in hosting business, would strongly advice to avoid this one

the TV seems to be old. Also it is set up in Hungarian with few tv programmes.

even if it is a bit far from the center, there is a bus station nearby. There is parking available. The apartment was good, but it looked nicer in the photos. Overall, it was a good stay, but a bit pricy for only two persons.
