The location is very good…close to the mall and city center! The pictures from booking with the apartment is far away close to the truth!

We booked the apartment with parking.I speak on the phone with them and they gold me that the parking is underground, and I will get all the information before the check in when they send the check in information. We arrive to the apartment after midnight and when I open the message with the information I had a surprise.No details about the parking and no access code to the building…we weren’t able to enter the building because everything was close.I tried to call the number but of course they didn’t answer. After 15-20 minutes we find somebody from the security and she told us how to get to the parking and to try to enter from there to the building.We went there but there also the door was close.We force the door and enter the building after spending there like stupid people more than half an hour. Another surprise was when we enter the apartment.The bathroom door handle was falling apart, you risk to remain block there, the sofa bed was broken…and more things like this. Next day the responsible from the apartment wrote me to ask why I called him last night.And when I told him all the problems to get in the apartment he was absolutely upset and make me feel responsible because we went only after midnight to take the apartment and that is our problem to solve it. He didn’t think that the lack of information could cause me any problem!

It was "apartment for 4". In my opinion the sofa should be extendible otherwise it's for 3.

The location and the fact that it was self check

It smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Everything in the house smelled. It was not very clean. The couch was kind of dirty. The bed was not comfortable.
