The apartment looks nice, spacious and is located in a good area.

There was no hair dryer, no drying rack or hangers, no power outlets in the kitchen for the coffee machine or kettle, no trashbags or trashcan in the bathroom, the shower glass wall was dangerously unstable, kitchen was not equipped properly, mop/broom extremely dirty and a lot of junk on the balcony, the toilet paper was a joke. Overall the apartment seemed unfinished and clearly not ready for being listed. Cannot say about the other apartments in the listing though.

The location is O.k all info you get via whatsApp massage's. You don't need to wait for someone that will arrive and give you the key.

I ordered 2 apartment's. I asked for free parking. For us the most important facility was Air Condition. In the first apartment there was one in the main room but a very small one that was able to Cool all the area. In the Second one there was no air condition at all so we closed the apartment and call the owner to get another apartment he said sorry we don't have. In fact we use the first apartment for one night instead of 4. And ordered a new apartment for the rest of the days. I was fully charged for this apartments (Both) and even for cleaning even that we did not stay at one apartment at all. I called booking and they did not help with this issue. Only provide a very small refund that cove about one night stay. So take my advice as follow: Order via booking only Hotels/Apartments that you pay on site otherwise you are not covered !!!

The property says check in is after 16:00 due to cleaning , while check out is before 11. If you are staying 1 night, you are charged for less than 19h. The apartment did not look, feel or smell clean, so that is a bad argument. It smelled like cigarettes, curtain had cigaret buns in it, bathroom light was dim, very cheap and old toilet paper. The bathroom did not look clean , and there was watermark leakage and smell in the bathroom itself. Bathroom door was missing a piece and door handle was not working properly. AC probably worked, but now it was more of a fan than cooling. Couch looked and smelled horrible. The price is increased due to a festival but, there is nothing they do extra for this in particular. One door of the bedroom closet was broken or mia-aligned, rendering that part of the closet useless.
