It’s located very optimally in a very sought area, near Iulius Mall.

Nothing to really like. Starting with a very greedy and unworthy price. Way too expensive for what it offers and compared to the competitors. Nothing gets taken care of, a thing immediately visible in how poorly maintained the apartment is. But it’s in all details. Key lock had a different code. Key had no fob, so every entry in the complex needs looking for the long access code. Location details offered less than 1h before check-in time. Wall paint was swollen and cracked from humidity. The TV didn’t work. The router had WiFi but no Ethernet cable (maybe no provider exists), so no internet. It smelled. And so on… definitely an overall feeling of carelessness.

The property was nearby the city centre, easy to access, parking the car was behind the fence of the property. Contact with the property was all online/whatsapp.

The wall of the apartment was cutting the space, so there was little space to move free.
