Cluj ApartHotel - VIVA CITY -

+ somewhat distant to the town centre, but a supermarket and a bus stop is nearby + free parking on-site (you only need to let the host know your car's plate number) + easy check-in and check-out (apartment with key locker access) + apartment was spacious, comfortable and adequately equipped + staff is responsive, friendly and helpful

The space and the location.

The apartment needs renovation. The curtain was short and it fell to the floor. We didn't have bed linens to make the second bed, even though we paid for four people and expected accommodations for four people. Only one bed was prepared for sleeping. We didn't have a sheet or anything for the second bed. The walls are cracked, and the apartment needs some renovations for a more pleasant stay.

The living room was so smokey, I couldn't use the couch or stay in there throughout my stay because of the impregnated cigarette smoke in the couch and...the air in general. The bed was also smokey, I had to clean the cushioned edge to get rid of it during the first night. That not being enough, after the checkout I had a very unpleasant with the host calling me to lecture me that I have left the key inside the apartment and he has no spare one. This was a business trip for me, and I would've expected professional behavior, I dont believe I have paid too little to be treated properly. As a result I will never come again and am not recommending this place to anyone.

Great location & stuf .

Not clean how should be Price report what was offered was overrated, we stayed at Cluj in muc better condition for at least same price in the past. From cosmetic perspective allot the walls contain sever of cracks. Refurbishment could be considered in order to establish premium standards as advertised, some extra toilet papers and chicken towels should considered, more cutlery and chicken stuff, quiet poor stuff in the chicken

Excellent location, fairly well equipped kitchen and satisfactory clean condition

Would have preferred functional wardrobe doors (these were broken and off the unit hence unusable). No shower curtains so you had to take a bath otherwise water would have flooded the bathroom. The sofa had a pungent smell, covers perhaps need a wash.

The location was good.

The filthy state of the apartment. Not cleaned. Hairs and dirt everywhere. Broken bed. Bedbugs. Filthy shower. Filthy towels. Mold and dust everywhere you look.
