Comfortable; quiet; close to amenities, Queenstown, other day trips; panoramic view. Felt classy.

Loved the hot soup and toast waiting for us. Lovely view from the deck towards river and mountains. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into what amenities people would like when staying.

Own fault - didn't follow host instructions looking for venue. The numbering system on the street was bizarre. Found it once we looked at host directions :-)

Everything about our stay was perfect — the apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had breathtaking views over the Shotover River. The hosts, Ann and John, were incredibly warm and thoughtful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Great location, peaceful yet close to town, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best places we’ve stayed in Queenstown — highly recommend!

The owners had a beautiful soup with toasted sourdough bread ready on our arrival ...was such a lovely warm welcome and it was delicious

The view was fantastic, location was great. The warm (soup) welcome and the other little yummy treats were very thoughtful. Communication from Ann and John was great and they were wonderful hosts. Highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately the pull down bed was squeaky and block out curtains would have allowed a sleep in.

The beds were super comfortable and it’s really cosy. They have everything you need when it comes to facilities and kitchen utensils. Soup was made apon arrival. It was very warm and homelike. The view is incredible aswell
