Urban Retreat Basement Studio Only Two Blocks From Metro! OFF STREET PARKING!

Check-in was contactless and seamless. We never saw the host, but he replied very quickly to all our requests. It is a single room apartment in the basement with bathroom, it was spacious for two people (my brother and I) and clean. There is a washer and dryer and the owner prepared laundry pods. The location is excellent, less than a 5min walk from the metro station.

the apartment is very well equipped and clean. even things like dryer sheets, toothpaste, toothbrush (!) and some basics like coffee, tea, creamer etc were provided. check in was very easy, the host responded immediately to questions. the proximity to the Metro makes it very easy to get to the city. one could easily stay for an extended period of time. just bare in mind that it is downstairs and a bit hard to vent due to very small windows.

The place was exactly as it looked on the pictures. Very close to subway station which takes you in the center in 15 minutes. It was very clean and looked recently renovated. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean as well. Some guests complained about a weird scent in reviews, however it was possible to switch it of, so no problem at all. The host communicated promptly and we agreed on everything without any troubles. It was a nice stay, we would recommend it.

There is a boiler/heater in the room for the whole house (probably) and it switched on few times and then it makes quite a loud noice, once it switched on during night and it was not comfortable, however it was on only for few minutes so it was not a big deal. Also earplugs were provided in the room, so they could help with the issue.

We could hear the footsteps upstairs, so I guess they could hear us downstairs too. Hopefully, my kids' noise didn't bother them.

Very comfortable, clean and nice accomodation. Everything was prepared when we arrived. Subway and bus stop are very close. Much recommended!

The house's ventilation was quite loud. But otherwise it was perfect.

This accommodation offers most of what needed including laundry and dryer available in the unit

Probably good to add a rack for drying plates, etc.
