Urban Retreat Basement Studio Only Two Blocks From Metro! OFF STREET PARKING!

The patking space came in handy. I loved this space nice and private. Hopefully, I will be booking again very soon.

Super clean, good communication, easy check in. Little extra touches were really nice - toothpaste, mouthwash, detergent for the washing machine etc. Easy walking distance to the metro and shops.

Kitchen would be great with just a few more items - wine glasses, big knife, salad bowl, maybe a hot plate. There’s a little bit of noise from upstairs but it didn’t really bother us. It’s a basement so no ventilation or view. Was still completely satisfactory for our needs and we enjoyed our two night stay.

Very cute and perfect for couples. The bed was comfortable and it was very clean with a private entrance. It was only about a 3 minute walk to the Benning Metro Station which was perfect. I didnt need to drive anywhere once we got there :)

The only thing I didn't like was that the shower didn't get very hot. Other than that, it was a great place to stay for visiting D.C.

HVAC unit was a little noisy for me, but I’m a VERY light sleeper, so prob won’t be an issue for others

The apartment was great. All what you need to a short stay. Kitchenette was very decent, bathroom was nice as well.

The bed and the sofa bed are a bit uncomfortable, but it's more than ok for the affordable price.
