Charming 2BD1BA in Hip Area - Near Metro

Loved the area and it was a great space for our family. We enjoyed playing monopoly that was provided in the evenings! Having a full kitchen plus a grocery store just a short walk away was very convenient. Also, having a washer and dryer was a game changer for our family. Price was great too!

Finding parking can be tricky, but we quickly learned that is just the area. Walking or taking the metro is easier and cheaper. But if you have to park the visitor parking pass was wonderful, thank you!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and in a charming neighborhood close to grocery stores and anything else we needed. It was a short walk to the metro. It was great that there was a washer and dryer! The beds were super comfortable, and it was just very homey and well-appointed overall.

The location of this lovely apartment is perfect, I had everything I needed during my stay. Definitely recommend!

My only issue was that it was a short stay, no complaints. Everything was great!

Difficult to find parking on the weekends on the street. Pillows could be larger and comfier. The ceiling i thin as it is a basement apartment so you can hear the upstairs occupants and their dog pacing around.

Lovely spacious and very clean apartment with all essential requirements and more. A good location with Columbia Heights shopping area and Metro station nearby and 3 bars located around the corner from the apartment. The host was extremely helpful in providing additional details regarding the local area and detailed knowledge regarding the apartment .

Price! Carlton met our needs! Comfortable beds! Cupboards had other needs! Noise machines for rooms. Washer dryer! Like new apartment! Close to Call your Mother Bagel Shop, Safeway, Metro, Bus! Cute neighborhood! Britta water container in Fridge, Tea Kettle, dishwasher, microwave, Toaster Oven! TV though we weren't "home" long enough to use. Cheap Uber from downtown! Lime scooters nearby! Quiet neighborhood! Tourist flyers! Would consider again.

Chilly back room-more blankets provided that day (ThankYou!)- hopefully Carlton will address back window and backdoor privacy & back door insullation suggestions.The need for noise machines(thinwalls).Entry is dull lighting.

Well equipped, clean two bedrooms apt. Location is good. 5-10mins walking to Metro and shops. Communication was very good with the host. We were happy to be there.

There is no windows as it is a basement apt. But it was not problem for us for 4 days.
