This apartment was so cute and super clean! I would love to come back and rent here again. Amazing area and super close to the metro and anything you could need!

The beds are a bit firm but everything else was so perfect!

"Terrific option for one or two couples or family with kids!"

We were two couples staying just one night in DC. This was a terrific budget option for us! It was 2.9 miles from the White House. This is a basement apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom and small but adequate kitchen ( had all utensils and salt!) and living room with seating for 4, and a TV with Netflix! Since my husband got ‘lost’ coming back from Chik Fil A which is literally 3 short blocks away, I used ‘fjnd friends’ to scout him out and walked all over the east side of the neighborhood. Getting groceries at Giant, and searching for vegetarian food, I walked the west side. Taking a 3 mile walk at 8 pm to check out an embassy I wanted to see, I walked south. So when they say it’s a great area, it really is! Sweet brownstone type homes abound, nice tiny yards, the block this is in is very quiet but there is more action close by. Very diverse! Everyone belongs! I’m 72, walking alone felt perfectly safe, I think every other person was walking a dog! In the apartment, we used a few pots, the ironing board and TV. Shower water was hot and had a lovely powerful water pressure. They left big bottles of shampoo, rinse and body wash for guest use. Clearly they want to be GREAT hosts and are doing a bang up job!

"It was OK but I would not stay there again unless completely vented out. The cat litter smell = bad."

The location was okay and it was easy to check-in.

It smelt like cat litter, it was musty/muggy in the apt., there was a huge rat outside the apt that passed right in front of entrance as we came in (scary), and overall it seemed like someone stunk up the place beforehand.
