Convenient central location. Quaint old building tastefully renovated.

Narrow spiral staircase to 2nd floor room was hard to navigate with luggage. (Expect most of the old town has this problem). We also had a misunderstanding about the number of beds required.

A lovely room, clean, modern, and well located, easy walking distance to lots of great spots. Comfortable bed and pillows. The hosts were very responsive, and always very warm and helpful.

We were on the ground floor with windows opening onto the alleyway, meaning if we wanted the curtains and shutters open for some natural light we didn’t have any privacy from passers by. The toilet and shower have glass walls to the rest of the room, with frosted glass in the middle section - some might find this isn’t enough privacy!

Property was so easy to find!! Description was perfect and there were signs to help us locate it. Location was stunning - less than 15 minutes from the bus stop and 5 minutes to water and food!! The hosts were absolutely amazing and so helpful at all hours we needed them. I cannot rate this propert highly enough. The rooftop terrace was a superb added bonus. Would come back a million times!!

Really nice and cozy studio in the heart of the old town with an amazing roof top terrace.

There was little to no hot water in the shower.

Our room was on the ground floor- didnt know about this- so we heard all the noices (dustmen, suitcases on the path) right next to our window Practically couldnt open wooden windows because everyone from outside can see inside the room-dark all day long (fortunately we werent staying there during the day) Toilet has only glass door (one milk glass strip in the middle)- so your partner sees you while on the toilet-super weird and we didnt feel comfortable because of it

Monk rooms is in a superb location. The rooms are stylish, clean and comfortable. Aggeliki (the property manager is very helpful and welcoming.

The facilities in the upstairs kitchen are limited, but enough to make a simple breakfast.

The property was really central and immaculately clean. There was a lovely rooftop terrace adjacent to the kitchen area, a great place to chill if you didn't felt like some quiet time. Aggeliki and Tammy were really helpful and communicated clearly and promptly with any of my queries - of which I had several! As a solo traveller I felt very supported and safe. They were also very flexible in their approach which helped me.

There was nothing I didn't like. However, and this is probably the same in all the older properties in the centre of town, the stairs were a little steep for someone older and worth bearing in mind if you suffer from poor mobility. However if you take the smaller ground floor apartment and eat out, that would not be an issue.
