Location and facilities

Bedding for the sofa bed was not apparent. Needed to 'mix and match' from the storage cupboard

Booking process was fine

Booked as a five person unit although that was as two bedroom + a bed settee but there were only plates, bowls, cups, cuttlery etc for four people But the sofa bed was in a disgusting state & the person who was due to use this had to book another hotel alternative & spare linen was found to cover the sofa for others to sit on. Unable to find a contact number for Booking.com who just try to keep directing me to the property owner even though booking.com marketed it & took the payment.

Location parking nice to have own space instead of hotel will book again

The apartment was clean and comfortable we didn’t cook in the apartment but it seemed to be equipped .The location was very central, easy walking distance to town center. The staff were very friendly and quick to react to any enquirers .

Locaton was great, very easy to do the self-check in and access the apartment. Very clean

Beds were a little worn down.
