The Clockhouse

Wir hatten incl. Frühstück gebucht, aber keines bekommen. Sam hat leider auf unsere Nachrichten über die Platform nicht reagiert.

Having stayed on numerous occasions for one or two nights I can confidently say the quality and high standards are consistent and provide a lovely oasis of calm in the centre of Old Windsor.

It was a bit tricky to find on my first visit with it being off a busy road.

The entire experience was excellent. We arrived around an hour early but were made extremely welcome. Nothing was too much trouble! We'd like to think of Sam and Tim as friends now rather than hosts. We would highly recommend the Clockhouse if you are planning a trip to Windsor, Legoland or the surrounding area. And there's a great little Italian restaurant within 5-minutes walk which we ate in. And a newer Turkish (I think!) which we didn't get chance, but looked very good. Also a great little Co-op for essentials.

This beautiful two-floor coach house was quiet, spacious, comfortable, homely and secluded with a garden and courtyard, both with garden furniture allowing us to enjoy a beautiful summer evening. The property was completely charming, beautifully maintained and well-equipped boasting lots of personal touches such as fresh orange juice in the fridge and half a dozen eggs, sourdough bread and croissants for breakfast. Sheer perfection for us!

There is nothing to dislike.

Gorgeous property, great living space, kitchen, lounge area. Outside table and chairs. Had everything we needed. Great hosts, really nice couple, thanks for the breakfast items.

The apartment was excellent and at a great location. Sam was a very welcoming host.

Liked the location and accommodation very much. One point, however, which should be made clear is that there is no toilet upstairs so going to the bathroom in the middle of the night downstairs could be an issue for some people.
