The contact number they put on their website or booking.com is not a valid number. No one replied to the message via booking or their headgroup's WhatsApp or email. I received check-in info very late -- one hour after I arrived at the property, and with the help of the doorkeeper. The boiler was not working at the beginning, and there was no hot water, and no one could be reached for help. We also need more quilts or blankets, as there was only one thin blanket for 2 beds, and the temperature there was 8 the lowest outside. We fixed the boiler ourselves. We finally got extra blankets on the 4th night, as we asked the doorkeeper to give us the contact number of the property manager. We had to wear jackets to sleep for 3 nights. How ridiculous...The hardware of the property was okay. Their management was unacceptable.
