Very spacious apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms including laundry machine which is convenient for longer stay.

Apartment on the ground floor does not get much of sunlight and is quite dark. Thin walls causing noise from other apartments in the building as well as the traffic close by. Despite multiple attempts to reach the host ahead of arrival, no information about check-in was provided proactively which led to long waiting time at the door of the building after a 14 hour long-haul flight.

Location

Many things did not work, including all internal doors not able to close. Very cold, no heat or air. Very dark. No one spoke English. No welcome just a woman who spoke no English, dropping off keys. After giving us her phone number, she never responded to a text or phone call. (My friend left messages in Spanish.) Phone number provided as contact by Booking.com was disconnected. Booking.com was no help either! Their customer service number is answered by AI and it only provided the same bad phone number. No way to talk to a real person.
