La mejor ubicacion, ya que tenemos muy cerca el Bosque de Chapultepec, un walmar, lavanderia, muchos lugares para desayunar, comer y cenar. Zona muy tranquila.

Clean apartment in a great location (La Condesa remains my favorite locale in the city: quiet, lots of trees, felt safe, pleasant to walk through). The building has a round-the-clock security guard just inside the front door, but be prepared to speak Spanish with them, since none spoke English during our stay. Navigate to the "reception" address, not the apartment # address, which they provide a day or so before arrival. The ground floor apartments can be fairly dark during the day, but unless you plan to stay in most of the time, this shouldn't be an issue.

I did not get any entry information by my check-in time, and even the front desk guard didn't know of my arrival. I messaged the host via booking while walking around the corner to check the apartment's private address. Fortunately the host replied quickly and we were able to get in. From other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. For the hosts: send the lockbox info *before* guests arrive. For guests: message the host a little prior to arrival so you don't stand around awkwardly for a few minutes. The apartment we rented (two bathrooms) only had one roll of toilet paper each (easily bought at the nearby Oxxo's) and no hand soap (we used the available body soap). I think these apartments are intended for longer stays, which would make more sense regarding these small complaints. There was also no hair dryer (despite it being listed as included), though we saw an attachment for it, so maybe a prior guest stole it or it broke and wasn't replaced by our arrival. The microwave's cable does not reach any outlet. You'd need to lift the microwave on top of the stove for the cable to reach an outlet. We thought it really odd, but it didn't bother us at all. Host could probably provide a small extension cable though. You can hear neighbors in the evening, though the space fan/heater can help drown out any noise. It never bothered my sleep, but my girlfriend had to use her earplugs for a couple nights. This seems like a lot of complaints, but they were mostly minor; I just want to be detailed for future visitors.

Location, very clean and good value for money

Only thing that could be improved is give the apartment a bit of ‘soul’, it was very minimalistic with decorations/ light were very bright/not warm. Al’s the kitchen was missing some equipment/ cooking utilities
