Flats Friends Condesa-Pelotari

We loved the location- in a very nice cafe culture area of Mexico, La Condesa - reminded me of “Made in Chelsea “ 😂 apartment roomy & clean - you could deff eat in to save money - 24hr security super helpful but brush up on your Spanish with google translate!

Unresponsive owners, didn’t find out the check in key code until approx 3:15pm & check in was at 4pm. The taxi will drop you the garages around the corner so be aware of this. I found it a bit soulless & echoey & be aware that you can hear EVERYTHING from the neighbouring flats, so take earplugs & choose your bedroom carefully

The rooms are as advertised. Good location. Kitchen is nice.

I was there during Christmas week. It is quite cold during night and there is no heating. Not enough blankets were provided. We bought a few from nearby Walmart.

We would have loved to have a dryer for our clothes - currently only a washer machine.

The apartment is fully equipped with new furniture, kitchen utensils, etc. It is conveniently located next to Chepultepec Park, with lots of shops and restaurants around.

The apartment turned out to be on the first floor, without windows facing the street, so it was quite dark and cold there.

The apartment was clean and had a good coffee machine. There was plenty of storage place for clothes. Also it had a good entertainment system.

The apartment had no central heating and there was only one space heater. This is a big deal because it was very cold at night and in the morning. The faucet in the small bathroom was broken for the first two days. Neither bathroom sink had hot water. My biggest issue is that they took three days for them to bring us toilet paper. I informed the management that there was no toilet paper in the house the first morning. This is not OK for a hotel. There should have been one roll per bathroom at least. Finally one of the bath towels had yellow stains on it.

Goog location. Easy access. Everything I needed was there.

The property was not very clean. Wet bedsheets were still in the washing machine, and the coffee maker still had coffee buds and had not been cleaned. There was even a wad of hair in the hallway shower! Thin walls and could hear everything neighbors were doing. One night a party started around 2 am and lasted until early morning.

Great location and space within apartment was great.

Needs better/newer towels.
