Location, nice & quieter neighborhood. Clean unit. Good wifi. Near Walmart Express for essentials.

No cleaning product as advertised (paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc), I had to buy them so I can do dishes. Some clean dishes were still dirty. Unit is next to a major road, the windows are so thin you hear the street noise all the time. Owner communication is not timely, I would appreciate an acknowledgement of my postings to let me know they will respond later.

I liked the location. The condo is very well equipped. I have also to say that it was very quiet.

The lack of towels for a stay of 4 days.

Location was great! Friendly staff! Close to cafes, bars, restaurants, great that Walmart express was steps away! Loved the mini farmers markets with fruits/veggies, nuts, etc!!!

Beds uncomfortable. The acoustics within complex very loud, therefore can hear party’s going in till 4am and conversations. Unless you can sleep through noise despite ear plugs provided, then this place is fire you. Tried to have security guard assist once, did not help. Additionally, apartment did not appear clean, found dirty underwear, sofa stained, hair in the shower, the appliances seemed unclean. Went to buy my own cleaning products. No trash bags, the dryer in the dual washer/dryer did not dry well… despite acquiring cleaning service once, did not clean bathrooms… ☹️

The number of plates, chairs, etc is not really matching the number of guests.

This is the best place to stay in Mexico City. A great and safe area, excellent apartments, where there is everything you need for a short and long stay, for example, if you work at a computer and are a freelancer. It will be cozy, quiet and there is an excellent Internet connection. Walmart Express is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. A great well-groomedgreen area where you can walk and go to excellent cafes and small stylish shops. This is a small green oasis in Mexico City, when after a walk through the big city you return to silence.
