The facility is clean and well-managed.

I didn't like the 10am checkout and the fact that I have to pay for the full day amount because I want to stay till the afternoon.

Location and price.

No drapes, the first floor room was inundated with lights from the parking lot and street. The rugs in bedroom and bathroom were dirty.

The hotel is very charming and historical with period appropriate furnishings. I like the effective minisplit system.

Maintainence was not good. Several fixtures were broken: faucets were faulty , fridge door handles fell off, and number of utensils was minimal. Also only a thin blanket is provided, and for me, the bed was a bit too hard. Memory foam would have been better.

The room was cozy. I liked the bed and bedding, but I prefer light bedding. The room temp was nice. The water pressure was fine. The internet worked well.

Coffee. Just assume you need to go get your own in the morning. The deposit process is atypical. The shower felt very cramped and could be difficult for a larger human.
