La ubicación sin dudas es lo mejor del alojamiento.

El aire acondicionado goteaba en la habitación, tuve que usar las toallas para evitar que el agua salpicara el resto del espacio y arruinar el piso. También encontré una cucaracha en la cama el último día.

The property didn't come with breakfast.

The host was very unfriendly over the phone. I was charged twice when I made the deposit payment. I was told to send an email with proof, which I did; however, I haven't gotten a response yet.

I love the ambiance of the place and the functionality of every space/accessory. Also the air conditioner was great and silent. You'll find everything there. The bathroom was also great.

Hmm not so much of a point to point out but the check out is early at 10am. Also it was a bit difficult to find at night from an uber car as the signage was not lit up. These are just small things though. Maybe a lifter or elevator would make it better especially if you have heavy luggages.

A localização é excelente, seguro, e tem diversas linhas de ônibus e trem próximo. O local é bem limpo e há uma mini cozinha onde podemos preparar nossos alimentos.

A comunicação com o anfitrião é demorada. Se precisar de algo rápido, esquece. Se chegar sem seu web check in pronto, ficará para fora. Solicitei uma cadeira pois no meu quarto não havia, não obtive retorno. O local não tem elevador e, se está carregando malas pesadas, irá subir alguns lances de escada, dependendo do seu andar.

O quarto é bem completo e a localização muito boa, com acesso próximo ao metro.

O chuveiro não permitia a utilização d água morna, transitando entre quente e fria.
