Sea Dreamer Beachfront Apartments

We stayed in flat 1, the location was great, it has a nice terrace and an amazing view to the sea. The inside of the apartment is clean and very well equipped. The bathroom has all necessary toiletries and the kitchen has everything for even a long stay if you wanted to cook every day, including all kinds of sauces which unfortunately we didn't have the time to try. It is a quiet location with very few neighbors, massage place and a good restaurant just next door. If you go up the road and turn right there are some great restaurants and shops. We used Bolt to get around, it usually took about 20 minutes to get one and never the cheapest option. Be careful the address on the map shows the top of the road not the actual apartment building.

A personal welcome would have been nice, we communicated via whatsapp but as everything was new to us it would have been great if someone explained a little bit about the area, how to get around, where can we rent scooters or tours, can we use the washing machines outside and how, where to take the trash etc. In front of the terrace there is a small garden which is used by the neighboring juice shop so it is not private and also very dirty and full of trash and broken unused items. It is not clear who it belongs to but it ruins the beautiful view so if I was the owner I would clean it up. Also there are a million mosquitos so a mosquito net would be great to leave the door open to the balcony a little bit and have some air in the room. There is a mosquito net around the bed instead. It gets very hot and hard to breathe underneath. There is an A/C unit but it is pointed directly to the bed so we couldn't really use it. There was a lady next door who appeared to be living there, she never said anything but she seemed very annoyed with our existence in general, for example when we arrived we pulled our suitcases in front of her door on the corridor to reach our door and she came out and built a barricade on the corridor. (There is another way to reach the flat but it's gravel).

The room is very nicely decorated and well equipped, we had everything we needed even some cooking oil, toiletries and coffee. The village is quite authentic, not a typical tourist trap. There are lots of pleasant Thai restaurants, some with western options. We frequented the one on the beach particularly often. The owners are always present and very helpful

I wish I had read the description more carefully and spoke to the owner before getting my hopes up based on the pictures and the reviews. Our room did have a sea view, partially obstructed by the roofs, but the worst this is that it is literally on the roadside. It is not a busy road but 1 or 2 motorbikes every 5 minutes at 6am is not my idea of an idyllic beachfront rest. Also, the beach is not for swimming, which is impossible during low tide and not too pleasant during high tide. We used the nearby beach a couple of times but there is absolutely no shade, so we ended up driving for half an hour to nicer beaches. The air-conditioning isn't adequate for the room size, we would have liked it a bit cooler. Our room had electricity problems and the previous guests broke the sink. The owners did their best to fix everything as soon as possible, so we are grateful to them for that.

The apartment was very clean, nice and comfortable. Just next to the beach with a couple of restaurants very close that made our stay even more comfortable. Perfect with kids!

The owner has multiple properties. This one is not near the beach at all. The mosquitoes in the room were terrible. Cracks in doors and windows let them in every night. The kitchen is all connected through a power strip and trips if you use anything. Lost refrigerator of food. It is right off a busy road where light and sound pollution is very bad. It’s an old storefront. I do not recommend this booking at all.

Very near to the beach, with a very good restaurant so close. In the apartment there is all you need.

Very calm location. Not too far from the beach.

A Little far from Old town Phuket and Patong beach. Not a lot to do around the apartment.

Host was nice and very helpful. Property was clean and very purposeful. Great for long term stay.

Loved the location of the property with a great view of the beach and close to the at the beach cafe which serves exceptional food
