So close to the beach, amazing view from our own balcony, friendly and courteous owner. It was so lovely decorated and nice furniture so we felt just comfortable.

I loved the cosy design and that the hosts thought of everything - they even provided all types of chargers, adapters, beach bags, umbrellas and everything else you might have forgotten to pack. The studio was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was spectacular. Close walking distance to shops, restaurants and massage studios. There is a very nice restaurant just 5min down the hill at the beach, and that beach strip was also very beautiful and not touristy at all.

I really liked the view of the ocean every morning waking up. The apartment was in a quiet location and peaceful at night and during the day. It was perfect for what I needed which was a relaxing solo holiday to recharge my batteries. I visited during the wet season but I really enjoyed listening to the rain and storm the most. The host was great with communicating and met me on arrival to hand over the key. Eduard was very helpful with suggestions to check our around Phuket. He also has a beautiful that would come to visit every now and again called which was very comforting. The food down the street was delicious and plenty of massage places / fruit juice bars.

I found locations a bit hard to get around easily on my own. I hiked a day which was nice but can be exhausting in the heat. I would recommend a scooter or car.

A 5 minute walk into the town if breakfast was to be purchased. Otherwise the stay had a toaster, frypans etc…

A comfortable bed is a must after over 24 hours travelling. The bed was unusable. We had to bring in 2 single mattresses from the lounge’s day-bed, which gave some relief. A butter knife and tea spoons would of been handy, and the air conditioning should of been operating prior to arrival. We signed up for bay views (which due to an upgrade we weren’t aware of) didn’t eventuate. We were tucked away in a downstairs area. I was a little disappointed to find an empty potato chip packet in the drawer, yet otherwise the unit was clean.

Eddie has been an amazing host, very kind and helpful: he provided for us plenty of tips about Phuket and last but not least he also let us rent a scooter which is def very important to move around Phuket (it’s pretty huge, tho). If you are looking for fun and parties Ao Yon would not be your cup of tea but if you are looking for chill and relax far from the crowd that must be the place. The apt is a unique gem in Phuket, seafront literally 5 meters from the sea, the apt is very nice, cozy and clean equipped with all you need.

Nothing , everything has been simply perfect in our stay.
