Uptown Treehouse

Everything was good. Just that certain things should have been done. Like the front door to the place should have been able to close and lock when you leave. But it was fun ad I had a great time. If I come back I'm coming to the treehouse.

I didn't like the TV set up the Internet was choppy. The front door didn't lock when you leave. The windows didn't lock or close really. But overall it was fun.

Nothing

To access the property you have to go through a gate to the yard the door doesn't close all the way so it stays open. Then you got to a metal door that can't be lock or opened with a key because it looks like someone tried breaking in as it is all messed up as is the hit plate. Beyond that metal door is another door the keys work on that door but there is a note on the door that says not to lock that door only lock the metal screen door. When you enter there is a door to the left and it's a storage/cleaning room. Then you have to go upstairs to access the apartment. The stair are pulling away from the wall and slanting down to the side and have almost no support. I wasn't aware the apartment was upstairs, my fiance has leg problems and struggled to clum the stairs. Had I know it was upstairs I wouldn't have booked that room. When you get to the top of the stairs there is a door to the apartment that was not shut or locked as the provided keys don't lock or unlock that door. So when we left we had to bring all of out things downstairs and back to the car as we had no way of securing our stuff. So we went to a local home Depot and purchased a deadbolt to polit on the door while we stayed. The lockbox code that you gave us was incorrect I reached out to the property and was given the key box code as well as the wifi information. The wifi was off because it wasn't paid. There was a smart television there but without internet access it was useless. So for 2 days we had no television. There was a microwave there but it didn't work. We spent $100 a night to stay at a property we couldn't secure in a questionable neighborhood until we went out and spent money on a lock watching the 4 walls because the television didn't work walking up and down stairs I was afraid we're gonna fall Everytime we walked in them. Then you so graciously offered me $20.09 credit when I spent $15 on a deadbolt to secure my stuff.

Love the property very clean and so chill . I definitely recommend this property for travels such as myself .

Such a cute place. Loved the location

The tub was very slow draining so we had to wait a while between showers to allow to drain and didn't get to soak in that magnificent tub because of it

Being threatened and being accused of having white privilege and being threatened to be shot in the face by the permanent resident on the bottom unit of this rental

The keys were in a lock box. The owner answered and was polite.

It was not clean. The bathroom door didn’t lock. There was not two beds, but one bed and a futon.

It had a great charm and was very clean comfortable and just a short drive to everything. The historic houses were beautiful. The host was great with communicating all instructions and having everything ready.

Sadly the microwave didnt work, the pool sticks were broken on the end (but we were able to make them work) and the down stairs when u enter could be organized better with all the stuff they keep as storage. There is a step on the very steep stairs that is pretty worn so if u wear heels like I do it could be a hazard be extra careful. Though the location is pretty close to everything its not close enough to walk to the quarter so driving is the answer. Also Google maps takes you to the front of the property and the actual apartment is along the side on liberty st.
