Central location, 20 mins walk to train station. 30 mins walk to St Mary's, Southampton Stadium. Great communication from host. Bright and modern, front door to street for ease of access throughout stay.

Unable to access key, beds were uncomfortable, windows didn’t open, units were sticky

It was spacious.

Instruction to access property was not clear, there was a plumbing issue above my bed and I realised at 11pm that my duvet and mattress were wet due to a leak above bed. Needless to say I could not sleep in the bed and had to share with my travel companion. A flat that sleeps 4 but really two considering the risk of ending up being drowned and has only two cups ....

The apartment was lovely. Clean value for mobey and very well located. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Southampton. We will definitely return in the future.

The broken furniture; stained rug; poorly patched holes in the walls; the knife in the wardrobe; stained pillows; bad smell; freezing cold during night; poor response to messages when we first arrived and found the issues; being called a liar by the owner

Great location.

The worst part of all was how awful the blinds in the bedrooms were. As soon as the sun rose in the morning you’re awake- you might as well have a torch shining in your face it is SO bright! We could not sleep and the whole group hardly got any sleep because of this. After one night, I messaged the owner about this to see if there was anything they can do for night 2 but I had no response and still haven’t had any response on leaving. The pillows were awful too so thin we had to fold them for it to be somewhat comfortable. And the hidden cost of paying a deposit once you’ve already paid is cheeky!
