Fantastic location, property is clean and spacious, good amenities, would definitely stay again

It was comfortable, quiet, and in a lovely area.

We would have liked to have been able to get in before the allocated time of 4 pm. We had to ring up for the lottery ticket for parking as it wasn't left for us.

The place was clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Great location. Excellent parking.

The covers on the sofas had a tendency to slip about making it a little uncomfortable. Wall clocks in bedrooms need new batteries.

The location was great , parking great , apartment furnished lovely .

Not immaculately clean , there was the previous occupants rubbish still in the kitchen dustbin , and other minor cleanliness issues . Not enough forks and spoons in the drawer .

Very spacious and a great location to everything

Wasn’t enough cutlery for 4 people, only had x3 knife and forks ? Tv signal really poor and kept cutting out

The flat was super comfy, had all kitchen items you needed. Fab location and we could see the sea through lounge window. Parking easy and parked outside the flat. Lovely and clean upon arrival.

Lovely, modern and spacious apartment with everything you need. Great location as very quiet but only a fifteen minute walk onto the seafront or town. Only minor annoyance was the dripping tap in the kitchen but would definitely recommend

Good location. Very clean apartment. Lots of modern, well maintained appliances in the apartment (TV, Alex, washing machine, cooker, etc). Was our second visit to the Avenue Victoria apartment, because we were so impressed with our first visit.

The only downside to our stay was the decor. It looked like the walls, doors and general woodwork had not had a fresh lick of paint since our previous stay roughly 2 years previously. Apart from that, everything was as it was on our first visit.
