Host Stay The Avenue Victoria Apartment

Lovely modern apartment in the perfect location. Everything you need for your stay. No problems getting parked, which can be difficult in Scarborough.

There was 1 toilet roll left for 3 adults & a teenager! How 1 roll was supposed to last us 2 nights! We had to go out & buy some more!

The position, the cleanliness.

The insurance threat, the toilet seat was rather loose, the lack of printed welcome information.

Everything was fine, cleanliness good, facilities good

this was advertised for 4 adults, second bedroom was 2 x 2ft 6 in beds very close together as squeezed into the room. not really suitable for 2 adults if not a couple

We couldn't eat our breakfast as there was no cutlery !!

The shower only had one temperature that was only 2 degrees cooler than the suns surface. The bathroom door would not open from the inside. We made dinner with all the amazing amount of pots, pans and dishes you provide, only to find out we had to eat with our fingers as there was no cutlery at all. There was no parking permit as promised. Disappointed that we had to pay £25 to access the key in case we broke anything. We didn't actually break anything so I feel cheated with this. Why not charge people who do break stuff and not punish the good guests.
