Absolutely nothing

This property is an absolute shambles I’m really shocked that it’s on booking.com I don’t believe the conditions to be liveable we had to book the travel lodge a 2minute walk away and was half the price I would highly recommend booking it if you’re looking this area. We arrived late Saturday had no other choice to stay the first night and seemed alternative accommodation the next day, the shower was freezing it was full of damp/mould with one of kids having a respiratory condition I couldn’t possibly risk staying another night, there was nothing clean about the place the host was no approachable at all I also left my straighteners as I just wanting out of the place the host has replied to say her cleaner (very shocked that there’s a cleaner even going into the place) did not see any straighteners. Needless to say this affected our trip not ideal having to move but we were much happy when relocating to travel lodge again I would highly recommend it was like staying in the ritz in comparison and staff were lovely and helpful.

Where do I start we arrived at 10 pm the place was very cold we could not get the heating working at all so I messaged the Symons answered me telling me how to get it started it did not work so I messaged him again he come out and preceded how to tell me it was working after one hour he decarled it was not working and had to ring the plumber they eventually got it going at 12.30 then we mentioned the show it had mould everywhere he again tried some bullshit excuse I pointed out all the cobwebs the dirty table the curtin on the floor there was no linen for the soffer bed next morning when to have a shower well it was a great cold shower all 4 of us could not get it working I will give it to Symons he did get the curtin and heating going next day I didn’t know how booking com would have this property on there books the only thing is you don’t care about the people except the money 😡😡😡

Honestly so happy about our stay. We came for my son’s 5th birthday to go to peppa pig world. Lovely and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfy beds.

It’s not something that will bother everyone. But literally the only down side for me was the road noise was loud and affected my sleep. Would definitely recommend ear plugs.
