Starlet Hotel Phong Nha

The hospitality that the owners of the hotel gave us was top notch. They are very kind and they made sure that they we were comfortable and we had what we needed. The hotel is in a great location only few minutes away from major attractions, restaurants and small supermarkets. I have a 3 year old daughter and she enjoyed herself during her short stay and played with the owners' kids who were adorable.

The staff really helpful and amazing location. Just in front of the bus, so i didn't have to take a taxi or walk to much.

The bathroom was not nice, was clean but no soap or towel, and not working well the shower. The shower right next to the toilet with no courtain or something to keep all water to be splashed all over.

The staff were really nice, and the girl helped us with everything. Super nice stay! The location was really good. The room was very big and comfortable. Very recommended!!!! :) See you soon

The beds were super comfy and the hotel was really modern with fans and AC. It is run by a family and they are incredibly nice and attentive, there to help with anything! - and they speak good English

This hotel is amazing. The host will go all the way to meet the customers’ needs. Very clean and a very convenient location. Definitely worth the money. Very kind and helpful host. Very happy with the service I got.

helpful friendly staff, located right where busses drop off and pick up, 5/10 min walk to boat station for caves. Comfy bed.

Room was missing aircon remote, toilet roll and towels but we were given these upon asking. Breakfast is very small and doesn’t include coffee as other reviews state.
