"Probably the best value for money in all Phong Nha"

- We had room with mountain view. It's really cool :) Mountain is juts in about 70-100 meters from windows. Goats are running on it ))) - Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Me and my wife work remotely, but by default room doesn't have big table for placing laptop and monitor on it. But anyway staff could arrange it for us - Comparing with others, prices here are really good!

If you are too sensitive to noise and you have room with windows towards backyard, then chickens there may be noisy for you. Staff warns about it in advance. For me it was not a problem, even though I'm very sensitive to noise - ear plugs solved the problem :)

Great location! Rooms were big, clean and open space. I like the reading lights so much :). My personal request was responded by landlord.

All the things I listed below were not in the hotel or 5 quadruple rooms we stayed on 30 Apr 2023 : swimming pool, flat-screen TV, spa tub, Ironing facilities, hairdryer, Electric kettle, drinking water, wardrobe (only 1 clothes hangers in the toilet) and breakfast even the room rate includes breakfast :((

Big rooms! Comfy beds, very helpful staff, clean! Really super service from the team running this place. We would definitely stay here again if we came back 👍

We had a bit of bad luck maybe with the mopeds we rented here. Rented two of them, and none was very good. But the overall stay was great 😄
