Starlet Hotel Phong Nha

Great location, right off the night bus. You can rent scooters so you can visit paradise cave and drive through the mountains and the Phong Nha boat tour and cave is just a short walk away, highly recommend doing both caves, the one you walk up to off the boat was amazing! Even better than paradise cave! Hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful

Super friendly staff. Though most of them did not speak English, the ones that did were just lovely. The breakfast was quite nice and the location was right in the middle of Phong Nha. They even let us use the bathroom to shower before we took the sleeper bus after we had already checked out. We booked a sleeper bus to Hoi An and the bus stopped in Da Nang and we had to enter a taxi. It was supposed to drop us off in the center of Hoi An, but threatened to drop us off in the middle of nowhere if we did not pay extra. We told the hotel and they refunded the money we paid extra. We really appreciated their help and genuine friendliness!

Not all facilities that were listed were there (pool, etc.). Bathroom could be cleaner

Our stay timing was very less. But it was worth it. We got really good deal at the rate. The rooms were clean, comfortable.thes staff was very helpful. We checked in at 3:00 am but they helped with a quick checkin.

Staff were really helpful and let us check in at 3am when our night bus arrived which was really helpful. Hotel was very quiet and facilities new.

Was very quiet (didn’t see any other guests) but we did visit in low season so to be expected.

Very nice property, staff extremely friendly and location is ideal right in the centre.

The manager was extremely welcoming and helpful. She helped us organise tours and taxis. The location is good in central Phong Nha. The view of the mountain out the window was great. The aircon worked well.

The solid foam mattresses were hard (my preference). No soap or shampoo in the shower.
