Breathing Space

The apartment was good, well maintained and had all the necessary supplies for my stay. Self check in was a blessing since I arrived late at night and didn't have to trouble anyone to get into the apartment. The location was perfect for me since my purpose was to hike Ben Nevis and the apartment is located only about half a mile from the North Face car park which is the starting point of the trail. Public transportation to this location isn't very reliable, I would recommend booking a taxi in advance.

A delightful space, well equipped and cozy. I would definitely stay again!

Clean, everything needed to self cater, quality bedding and furnishings, easy to access and clear instructions. The sofa bed was very high quality and comfier than the main bed, and although out of town a bit, a peaceful area and great base for the local area.

Very little sound proofing between main bedroom and flat next door so could hear when they got up and were talking, just at normal volume. Fortunately they arose at 6am and we were planning on getting up at 6.30 am so it wasn't too inconvenient being woken earlier but if you are a light sleeper, I recommend the sofa bed in the lounge which was exceptionally comfortable, and better than the very soft marsh-mallow effect main bed (but each to their own).

The location was fantastic and it was warm and comfy.

The kitchen and bathroom were not very clean.

Wonderful apartment. So good to have some space. It's lovely inside. A little difficult to read the numbers on the lockbox in the gloomy hallway, but this is minor. Wonderful view of the mountains from window.

La entrada al edificio muy viejo y sucio. Útiles de cocina sucios. Lavabo pequeño sin mueble. Ni para poner los útiles para el cepillado de dientes. 2 grifos, o hirviendo o muy frío. Camas pequeñas. Sofá cama difícil de abrir.

Die Wohning ist großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Extra Schlafzimmer mit großem bequemen Bett. Schlichte weiche Bettwäsche. Föhn Bügelbrett Kinderbett/Stuhl. Großes Wohnzimmer mit 2 Couches, davon 1 Ausziehcouch. Niedriger Couchtisch . TV . Küche extra. Küchenzeile. Spülmsschine Mikrowelle Herd. Backofen . Kaffee-kapselmaschine. Wasserkocher. Toaster (nicht so sauber) Geschirr GläserBesteck. Töpfe. Pfanne. Spüllappen Trockentuch. Handtücher. Bettwäsche. 2 Barhocker. Bad großzügig mit Wannendusche Waschmasch. Fussbodenheizung. Alles ordentlich und nett dekoriert. Küche nicht ganz so sauber. Besteckschublade voller Krümel. Deshalb alles noch mal gespült. Alles in allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz wo man sich wohlfühlen kann. Zwar an der Straße gelegen, aber nachts bei geschlossenem Fenster ruhig. Vermieter der Wohnung war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Kein Esstisch. 2 Barhocker an der sehr schmalen Arbeitsplatte direkt an der Wand. Ich hätte lieber nur 1 Couch und dafür 1 Esstisch. Im Bad Wasserhähne sehr kurz und klein. Einer eisekalt der andere heiß. :( Haus von außen recht runtergekommen. Tür stark beschädigt. Eingangsbereich sehr dreckig. Farbe blättert ab. Unkraut direkt an der Türschwelle usw. Fenster an der Tür sehr dreckig. Ist man erst mal in der Wohnung, dann ist alles gut. ;)
