Property is nice, cleaner is nice

Check in was nearly an hour late rang up to get check in details 40 minutes after check in time and got shouted at down the phone for asking for my details

It was spacious

When people went in and out of the property, they banged the doors loudly . The shower leaked from under the tray .

Lovely staff, comfortable, warm everything working, nice view from the bedroom window, grocery and fast food downstairs, easy to find, car park

Neighbour hitting the walls, screaming, going in and out at night hitting the door

Clean ideal for me and my work colleagues plenty of food places near by

Very comfortable reasonably priced apartment with decent facilities and rooms. Was quiet and peaceful.

Some of the carpets could be cleaned with a carpet cleaner due to some mud marks and some makeup stains. Especially in the downstairs bedroom. Not a huge issue, but it did feel a bit dirty.
