Apartments Vista Maritima By Villas Now Ltd

The apartment was beautiful, clean, well appointed but best of all was the astonishing view. You can sit and watch the beach and promenade and listen to the waves lapping. You can watch the boats, yachts and windsurfers on the sea and see the lights on Fuerteventura in the distance. It is close to shops, cafes and unfortunately an Irish bar.

So overall, the place was amazing except for the noise. I read the reviews and thought I could tolerate some noise to be there in that wonderful place. I couldn't. There was little or no noise from the bar next door until 9.30pm every single night. The guest musicians did not have any limits on their amplification so I could lie in bed and sing along with with 'Sweet Caroline' and all those singing in the bar until 12.30pm. The lights also came on in the hallway when anyone came in and made the bedroom bright. Some guests came in very noisily after 1 am and could be heard talking when they were in the apartment.

Overlooked the beach and close to loads of restaurants and bars. Very convenient. The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed.

The Irish bar next door had live music each night. Thankfully it usually stopped by midnight.

We have stayed in this apartment several times and we love it.

The faint smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. We had to get an air freshener to try and mask it. Think it comes from the rooms below.

Everything. The location, the facilities, the cleanliness, it's the best place in playa blanca.

Location and apartment superb. As a solo traveller I felt safe as the security was good. Waking to the view every morning and opening the windows to the sound of the sea was fab. In the evening there is the buzz of the promenade and music from the Old Mill kept me company. Perfect holiday.

Didn't have anything I disliked

The lovely sea view and listening to the waves lapping the shoreline at night. Centrally located yet quite quiet and relaxing as the apartment apartment has a Sea View frontage. Bed comfortable and so centrally located it's right on the taxi rank opposite local convenience stores. Local Taxi €53 EURO from/to Airport. Could do with modernisation/ cheapish furniture but by the time we had landed we'd lost the will to live and settled in for a week.

The fact that the agents sent us entry details for 110 (which is non existence) and the apartment was actually 1 of six at number 112 and then they didn't advise us of the keycode entry number for the Security Door and that's before you get to the key safes which are situated behind this security door with yet another code .. this was probably 11pm at night as we had problems with a non existing car at the airport !! .. The Property Agents didn't pick up the phone to us until a local restraunt owner called them as i was literally in tears in the street !! .. i thought we'd been scammed .. especially after we had just been let down with a car at the airport that we'd paid for (oh, that was through Booking.Com/Ryanair beware people). And why am I doing this review .. because NO ONE has come back to me to say SORRY for ruining my birthday! I was like a nervous wreck by the end of the day!! And if the Agents had replied to my email to say thanks for advising them to update their access details, I wouldn't feel so gutted .. and no, I wouldn't go back purely for the ill feelings I now have the pleasure of .. other than that, the property served a purpose to aid my much needed respite, and I'd rate it realistically. 3☆ Probs could do with a little better FengShui and quality furniture replacement.
