Nothing everything was fantastic

Great location.

There was a change in lock which we were not told about. As a result we could not open the access door tonthe building. Fortunately the tourist office was able to offer me use of their wifi so that I could get in touch with the person in charge in Lanzarote ...otherwise I would not have known what to do and might have had to spent the night in a local hotel .....one big minus point. In addition once we were made aware of the new lock and new code there were lots of times we could not use the code till we figured out NOT to use the reset button....

Location is perfect! Overlooking the town beach, right in the centre of everything. Apartment has everything you need Inc beach towels, fully kitted out kitchen Inc kettle, washing up liquid, tea towels, paper towels etc The place is spotless and comfortable. Great communication with booking team and onsite team of Paloma & Lorena🙂

There is some noise from the Old Mill Irish bar next door but is usually finished by midnight. Apartment 1b is quieter than 1c due to the location of the bedroom but I would use either again.

We absolutely loved it! The view was amazing, everything was very clean, beautifully fragrant, we really feel like home. Communication with Paloma was great and quick. We felt sad to leave ❤️

Noise from the Irish pub nearby. There was live music every night from 21 to 24. It might bother someone.

Central location, everything was right on the doorstep, shops restaurants, taxi/bus rank and beach.

Said oven in facilities! But was actual microwave oven, wouldn't be good for someone with limited mobility as the stairs are steep to get to apartment.

Terrace-, view from it, furniture on it- tables chairs loungers sofa. Proximity to beach. Spacious fridge freezer. Air conditioning. Fairly well equipped kitchen. Shower worked well. Drinks in fridge and starter toilet roll in bathroom.

1) Called Paloma as instructed to announce arrival at airport. Was told everything was ready. Arrived at key safe and code didn't work. Called her again to be told the code had changed! 2) TV. Impossible to get working. Instructions overly and unnecessarily complicated and one side of A4. Could have called Trevor to sort but on holiday shouldn't have to do this, it's just a TV ! 3) information provided in advance didn't match what we received and needs updating if not available. Eg No tablet in the apartment with local information. No DVD player. 4) Bins. You need to remove rubbish yourself but only provided with one bin, which made it difficult to separate waste in the apartment ( needed as the destination public bins were all labelled according to waste type). This doesn't encourage you to recycle.

Loved the location and it had everything we needed. Paloma and Lauren were lovely - so friendly and welcoming 🫶🏻❤️
