Well appointed unit with a large balcony providing a magnificent view across to Fuertaventura. Very clean and comfortable, and very conveniently located for the beach, bars and restaurants.

A lot of steps to climb, and you can hear the live music next door until it stops at midnight.

The apartment is very comfortable and has beautiful views. The location is perfect for both beach and shops and restaurants.

Situated next to a rather noisy Irish Pub. Live music afternoons and 9.30pm to midnight every day. Ok if you don’t want to go to bed early or if you don’t want to relax afternoons and just listen to the waves.

Location was pretty good - right over a small clean usable beach with safe water. Small building of a few apartments was preferable to me than the bigger ones further up the coast.

The one drawback was we were right above a restaurant that played bad loud music every night - some terrible live singing but this did not go on very late though and was mostly off by midnight or earlier. Middle England is out in force there too and I prefer to stay well away from the English on holiday - but they were mostly pretty quiet and it's not as if the island can do much about that.

Easy access to safe beach and shops.

There is no mention that the apartment adjoins an Irish pub that has live bands 7 days a week until 1am every day. This wasn't conducive to a good nights sleep. Secondly arrival instructions advised to phone ahead on arrival at airport to ensure the key was in the key safe. (3 local numbers given). All 3 numbers tried but no answer, even tried calling out from another phone but no answer. In the end just drove to the property and hoped for the best with the key safe which fortunately was ok.
