It was clean and everything worked

Location was difficult to find even for taxis and it was very noisy, at the entrance to a retail park and on a main road. It was extremely hot and we could not leave windows open due to noise. Gaining entry was not easy and the instruction on how to do this far from clear.

Good location close to the city centre

We were provided with the wrong entry code. The apartment absolutely stank of curry. The smell seeped into our clothes. The toilet was filthy. The couch was incredibly uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning. The iron was ineffective

It was spacious and had good storage. Good location for what I needed.

The plug seal in the bath was broken so the bath was unusable which was disappointing. Had to pay a £50 deposit for the parking fob and I’m still waiting for my refund almost two weeks later. Originally told 5-7 working days and it has now gone up to 10 which is excessive and stressful.

Sink in kitchen, plug did not fit Toilet seat loose Light above bath not working Fan stand broken so unable to oscillate Safe unusable as not fixed and unable to unlock Mattress to small for bed base

Great place and location.

I had problems with the touch pad door lock. Got locked out and had to call the helpline after midnight. They were really helpful. But, I was locked out for a while. Sometimes an old fashioned key in the door would be best.
