Lovely place in the middle of the city. Stylish interior, everything you need (and even more) available, convenient checkin and checkout, good bed, balcony, air conditioners, quiet. What else can we ask for :)

the apartment is very nice and stylish, quiet, spacious and in a good location. There is a well equipped kitchen with a convenient work surface, very soft beds for a good sleep. Host also offers a transfer service which Is much better than a taxi, You definitely wouldn't regret choosing this place :)

I loved my stay here! Very clean & cozy. The apartment is set up so cute & really enjoyed my stay there. Market is right next door & resturants near by. The host was amazing! Always there when I needed help & was very welcoming. Highly recommend!!

wonderful apartment in the very center of the city! provides absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. Perfect cleanliness, quiet yard, completely unnoticed neighbors. The interior fully corresponds to the photos, even exceeds expectations. Very responsive and hospitable host Keti. I highly recommend and will definitely come back!

Really nice and cozy place to stay on your trip in Georgia. The location could never be better: Right in the city center, 5 minutes from metro. The airport is 30 min. away, which makes arriving really easy as well. Best host we have had so far. He sent us a transfer service to pick us up from the airport and bring us to the apartment. He showed us around it. During the entire stay, we could always get in touch with Host as well as ask for anything needed. The place itself has everything you need for a good and relaxing stay. A store is located right next to the house, so in case you need anything to buy, it takes less than a minute to go grocery shopping. Would recommend that place as well as stay there again if we ever end up in Tbilisi.

We would highly recommend this excellent value apartment in Tbilisi's city center. It's easy to find upon arrival, with the building looking very impressive from the outside. Once inside, the apartment is spotlessly clean and filled with lots of nice touches.

We had a delightful time and would absolutely return! Giorgi was a genuinely kind and helpful host, and the distance to the city center was minimal (a 15-minute walk at most). The area was also lovely.

The place is clean, cozy and comfortable. The location is perfect, very close to the center of Tbilisi. Giorgi is very kind host, the communication and organization went great. We can recommend this place for a weekend or longer stay in Tbilisi.

Probably best place I stayed at in this price class. Very nice spacious apartment and very close to most tourist attractions. I don’t think we could have found a better place in Tbilisi

Large and spacious apartment , available and friendly management team , excellent location , quiet environment

Poor maintenance , bedroom kitchen and bathroom cabinets all have faulty doors , living room sofa with broken springs , not usable , mattresses probably very old with dents and bumps
