Great apartment with all the facillities inside and outside and a lovely host who's always there for you!!!!

This has to be one of the finest hosts of Booking. Though it was my first time booking from here. But he made his impression. Very accommodating and responsive. Always available with a very well mannered and receptive staff. I would definitely look forward to booking this place again. Thank you brother. You were great!

It’s a very comfy place located in the city center. The place has good public transport connectivity and most of the touristy places are at a walkable distance. The views from the property and the amenities provided made out made.

I really enjoyed staying at Royal Homes, it was very clean and in an amazing location. The hosts were very helpful and even checked up on us when one of us was ill. I would recommend staying here if you want to be close to the centre.

The place is amazing, one of the best I have stayed at. close to the bus station (5 mins walk), 15-20 mins walk to the center. the place is spotless and has the comfiest bed I have ever slept on. wifi is fast and Branko is a very responsive host. great value for money!

What you see in the pictures is all true but not enough. To begin with the host is much more than a super host. He is very polite and well informed with a really good eye for detail which we noticed during our stay. The apartment is very well equipped with lots of amenities and to add it all up it is near the shopping center, central avenue, central park, in the middle of Tbilisi but in a very cozy and secured area. Just a few minutes and you are in the center of everything. Truly recommend, for sure you would not be disappointed

Perfect stay in Tbilisi. The apartment is super nice and immaculately clean. It’s in a decent location in the city with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The old town and Rustaveli avenue are too close but despite all that the house is very cosy even in a rush hours. What really made this stay for us was how helpful the host was. Every question and requirement we had, he was immediately there to help us whether it was finding things in the house or booking transfer service which by the way was very convenient since the driver showed us the best spots to exchange money and buy fresh product. Could not recommend this place more. If we are in Tbilisi again I am sure we will stay here.

Very clean and cozy apartment close to the old city center. The host is a very friendly guy that will help you with anything necessary and will give you all needed recommendations.

Excellent reception and introduction to the apartment, plus free city tips! Every detail was thought of, and we honestly never slept better while away from home. You won’t book a hotel again after experiencing this apartment in Tbilisi!
