Tbilisi Apartment ll

Location

I booked this apartment for 5 people, but upon arrival found it was only set up for 4. When notified, the host promised to bring supplies for the 5th person but delivered incomplete items hours later - no towel included. When we pointed this out, he refused to bring a towel that night despite our urgent need to shower, claiming it was "too late." And of course, the next morning we received neither the towel nor any response whatsoever - complete and utterly disrespectful silence! The apartment itself was completely different from the photos on Booking.com. It was visibly neglected with extremely uncomfortable beds, terrible noise insulation (street noise was clearly audible as if there were no walls), and curtains that barely blocked outside light. To make matters worse, in the middle of the night we received a notification that our booking had been cancelled - clearly a transparent and manipulative attempt by the host to prevent us from leaving a negative review. I strongly recommend avoiding this property due to the serious misrepresentation and absolutely unacceptable customer service. The host's behavior reflects complete disregard for guests and thoroughly disrespectful treatment.

We didn’t receive the same apartment we booked on booking.com and the 3 BHK they provided has some issues. 1.Heater was not working properly 2.Bad smell coming from the bathroom 3.No bed room sandals given initially but we received it on 2nd day after complaint

A beautiful house with an amazing view. It was definitely worth it. A very kind host, one out of thousands. I can say that this was the best host ever. Very nice and responsive almost immediately. We needed a crib for our 3 year old girl and forgot to inform the host about it. Late at night when we arrived at the place and he saw us with a little girl, he immediately took us to the apartment and ran to his place to bring it, even though it was 03:00 am. Thank you for everything, you are a great person. If we go next time to Tbilisi, surely we will stay in this apartment.

The best hospitality I have ever experienced. The apartment is incredibly beautiful and modernly decorated. The location of the house is very central, you can go everywhere by walking. All the necessities you will need are available in the kitchen and bathroom And is very clean. Host helped us with everything. He is very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend it. I will stay here again next time for sure! Thank you 🙏

Next to the perfect location and facilities, we really appreciated the hospitality and guidance throughout our stay. From start till end they were very responsive in case of any questions. I can highly recommend this apartment if you want to stay in the center of Tbilisi and at the same time in a very cozy and homely place.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home while in Tbilisi and it was perfect! Located on a quiet street, it is still close in proximity to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The home is clean, modern, and spacious. Host gave us amazing recommendations and was incredibly kind and responsive! If you are visiting Tbilisi, there is no better place to stay!!

Gorgeous apartment, very clean and quiet, soft beds help you to sleep deeply at night, and even though the apartment is centrally located, you won’t be by any noise in the morning. If you chose to travel in Tbilisi, I recommend you to visit the funicular restaurant which is considered the most luxurious attraction of the city and has an amazing view especially at night. Location of the apartment is very convenient and you can reach major sights in minutes.

The apartment matches the photos, it is very clean and very beautiful. The area is very central, which moves a lot at night. There are many restaurants nearby, But we were not bothered by the noise. The neighborhood is very cozy, also there is double glazing as the host said. The apartment is very convenient and made by heart and with a good taste, you can find everything in the apartment. I would highly recommend it. Everything was perfect!
