Eka's House

Есть плита, микроволновая печь, стиральная машина, кондиционер и холодильник,отпариватель для одежды,фен. Чисто, аккуратно.

Очень долго не могли найти жилье. На домах нет табличек,нужно пройти вглубь двора закрытого, прежде,чем выйти на эту квартиру.

Благодарю за чудесную, уютную квартиру. Квартира очень чистая и по-домашнему уютная. Все очень продумано и удобно, есть все необходимое - чай, кофе, сахарный песок, чистое , уже зстеленное пастельное белье. Большой холодильник, стиральная машина и порошок. Вода с напором горячая и холодная. Нужная куханная утварь. Прекрасная, стильная квартира с гармоничным расположением 5 мин. и ты в самом центре города. А, главное очень тихий двор и гостепримные соседи. Думаю,это отличный вариант квартиры, куда хочется возвращаться вновь и вновь. Одним словом, сапсибо за вашу отзывчивость и за то, что квартира была так идеально подготовлена для нашего приезда. Эллада Азербайджан.

Really cozy little apartment. Fully self contained and has everything needed to cook a dinner, and has aircon! And, the host is really lovely and welcoming.

The house owners live just next door, and they are truly some of the kindest and most helpful people you’ll ever meet. Always smiling, always ready to help with anything. Staying at Eka’s house was a lovely experience — we’re so grateful and sending a big warm hug from the Armenian couple! 😊

The place was spacious and equipped with everything we could need. The location was good, and we were allowed to enter the room already in the noon.

Luckily a neighbor helped us find the place otherwise it would have been very hard. We could hear every noise from the house (the noises ended at a reasonable hour, though there was also music until relatively late. Luckily the songs were good) and there were a few annoying machine lights inside the room, so better bring eye masks.

Had a great time staying here. Everything great overall.

Shower sink a bit clogged. Noisy neighbors and poor noise isolation. A puddle of water forms up in front of the toilet bowl after taking a shower.
