The location is inside alley look old fashioned house enclave but the apartment inside is very well maintained newly built clean and neat. I would recommend for solo or couple stay for 1/2 days .

The property was very clean, and nice, everything was new in the flat inside. It has washing machine and even washing powder. The location is perfect, 10 minutes from Liberty Square. By the way the host’s grandmother is a sweatheart. She was living by the next door, so if we had some questions she immediately helped us. Definitely recommend this place to stay.

We had a great experience at the hotel in Tbilisi. It had a good location and a charming courtyard. The host was very hospitable, and the room had new furniture, utensils, and a comfortable mattress. The interior design was stylish, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it was a comfortable hotel for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend it.

Some issues with water in the bathroom but it's common in old Tbilisi
