Stay at Luna on Wallace

Room is horrible , amenities are cheap and terrible . Air conditioner not working . They gave us basement room . Horrible smell of mold . The second day stay , Philadelphia is rainy so the basement is flood . We ask for help but nobody come to fix . We end up with cleaning it ourselves . No paper towel provided . Room is dirty and has smell of mold . No service . You need to get a good luck to find spot to park nearby . Tiny space of storage . No hair dryer . The shower room rail door is almost fall off , safety hazard ! If I can give 0 star I would . It is not worth the price I paid .

Very clean and quite niegbhour hood

Could not control temperature in the room

We liked that we were able to make our coffee in the morning and buy food to eat there. We liked the bathroom.

We did not like the fact that we had to put a code in every time we came into the building and into our room. We did not like that we were in the basement. We did not like that the ceiling kept on leaking, and we had nothing to dry the floor with. We did not like that the bed was so low to the floor we felt we were falling.

cylindrical air filter is not air con as advertised. late instructions had be gotten after already at the flat - no email received though said it was sent. they must allow time for international travelers to get emails - not last minute. otherwise ok. felt like I was in a University dorm apartment

Location and clean

It was so hot in the apartment. The HVAC didn't blow cold air it only blew hot air while it was 80 degrees out. The remote for the HVAC didn't work only allowed to turn off the vent. It was miserably hot in the apartment.
