Alex Apartment, Cozy Place in Heraklion Center

Let's start with the fact that they were waiting literally on the street so we won't miss the apartment with the car because we arrived almost at midnight, then they left us fruits snacks and water. My better half was pleasantly surprised that the place were spotless clean and the information for anything that you might need (breakfast, points of interest etc.)clear. And then there's the human factor they're eager to help you with any problem you may have

Clean and in a prime location! Had everything we needed AND a welcome pack from the host! Very good communication! Highly recommended!

We were met by the owner's mother who was very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation ticked many boxes; being clean, plenty of facilities, good shower and comfy bed. It is also a short walk to the bus station and supermarket. It is also close to the Archaeological Museum and bus stop for Knossos.

The airport was not far away and so the noise of planes was slightly irritating but much of the city centre would experience this too.

Amazing family run property with even greater hosts! The apartment is very clean and exactly as photographed. It’s fully equiped with everything you could possibly need for your time in Crete. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable and the block out shades were great for an easy sleep in. The washing machine was simple to use. Location is fantastic: in a quieter area but still very close to the city centre, central bus stop, and grocery shop. We arrived late from the airport and caught a late ferry out. Alex and Konstantinos were so incredibly kind to pick/drop us off and provide luggage storage. They made us feel incredibly welcome with fruit, snacks, and a parting gift of local goodies. Check in and check out were very easy. Konstantinos was helpful and quick to respond to messages, even providing an excellent selection of restaurants! The hospitality provided was simply top notch, and the hosts are honestly the nicest people you will ever meet. Highly recommend this apartment, would 100% stay again.
