Alex Apartment, Cozy Place in Heraklion Center

We stayed here a few nights before going back home. Perfect spacious appartment. 10 minutes from the city center. Close to decent coffeeshop and bakery. It has everything we needed and a bit more. Hygienic. Comfy beds. Relative silent airconditioning. Host was willing to endure us as we were waiting at the wrong address :) We got the wrong address because we used the booking.com coördinates, I didn't use the address of the appartment.

For this pricepoint it was just super great. Nothing was bad or dissapointing. The only little bonus would be an extra bed sheet. As we like to sleep with separate sheets. But you can simply ask for that, they're all friendly and helpfull.

very good location: it is very close to the port as well as the old town center. The host is very kind and offered many useful informations. Overall it is a comfortable stay and I would like to recommend it.

Hosts were very friendly, flexible and made us feel welcome. The apartment is 5-7 minutes away from the archaeological museum/city centre, its on a small quiet street. The owner left us breakfast, snacks and fruit, very kindly. They allowed us to check in early and check out late, and leave our bags with them until the night. They tried to meet all our needs - highly reccomend this place, perfect for a couple or family with kids.

The apartment is 10min outside from the city centre easily reachable if you dont mind a little walk. Konstantinos mum received us and was very helpful, provided a lot of tips and left us a welcome gift which was highly appreciate it! The apartment is exactly like the pictures, everything new and everything worked.

I would 100% recommend this to everyone. The apartment is very clean and everything is new, fully equipped from kitchen tools to detergent,room spray and on arrival the owner left for us some goodies, very nice from him. Also he waited for us at the airport when we arrived and took us back when we had to leave. The location is very close to the city center, probably 3 mins. Around you can find a supermarket and a bakery, gas station you name it. 10/10 for everything... I think it was the best experience I had with an accomodation in my life

We appreciate kindness of the hosts. They picked us up at the airport and drove us in their car to the appartment. They prepared fruit and snacks for us and provided information about sightseeings in Heraklion. The appartment is in an old house just outside of Venetian city walls. The appartment has been newly reconstructed, it is spacy, has modern equipment, and is perfectly clean. It is a walking distance to the Archeological museum. It is close to the central bus station (which we appreciated as after visiting Heraklion we traveled to southern Crete) and also close to a stop of city buses going every 20 min to Knossos. There is nearby another stop of city buses going to a very nice Amnissos beach, but these buses go only once in an hour (maybe, there are other buses).
