1. “35 mq”: falso, sono 16 mq compreso il bagno 2. Bagno molto piccolo e porta bassa. Si sbatte la testa 3. “Camera da letto e soggiorno separati”: falso, è un unico ambiente piccolo con letto, divano e un angolo cucina 4. Unica piccola finestra molto alta sul retro, senza vista mare a parte la porta che si apre sull’area ristorante 5. Nessuna privacy. Molto promiscuo 6. Angolo cucina angusto e raffazzonato 7. Pranzo per gli ospiti dichiarato “15€, cena 17€”: falso, abbiamo pagato secondo listino e non vale nemmeno la prenotazione per ricordarlo come diceva un altro commentatore! 8. I proprietari sono cordiali ma non scusabili per tutte queste cose che rendono il rapporto spiacevole

Right by the sea

This is a plain and simple, clean accommodation. Excellent base for hiking nearby, or exploring East Crete by car. It also has a nice beach (no crowd!) and a cozy taverna (friendly staff!) literally at your doorstep, so you can really wind off after an exhausting day of adventuring.

Wifi is outside the room, in the taverna area. Not a big deal if you ask me.

Incredible setting on the water. The food was very good.

Bathroom was awkward for showering. Bed was a bit noisy.

Nikos and his staff were great, always friendly and accommodating. The room is literally at the beach and the food is great Greek cuisine. The room itself was clean and comfortable, nothing fancy.

The bathroom could use a little facelift, but it’s clean and functional. WiFi only works outside, not really a problem unless you want privacy.

Very small accommodation but right on the beach front and part of the taverna. 4 other tavernas to choose from all serving good food. Nothing else here except the beautiful clear sea to swim in.

We love coming here, it is a piece of heaven. The room is basic, dated but on the beach in an idyllic setting hard to find nowadays in Crete. We will be back.
