Beachfront Apartment Kato Zakros

Calm location, shadow terrace, few steps to the sea, with beautiful beach. We enjoy very much!

We have stayed on the beach 3or 4 times we love the beach front room . Its stunning view .the room is large and comfortable.a variety of excellent tavernas , a relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be booking again

There isn’t anything I would change

One of our favourite stays, you cannot find better on Crete. Right on the beach, wonderful hosts and the best food on the island!

Absolutely stunning location. Great apartment. Right opposite gorgeous beach. Worth having the apartment over the ordinary room. For the extra space. Amazing evening meal. Fabulous breakfast. Would stay again anytime. Don't miss this place it's our favourite stop on the island.

There was an issue with payment. We had booked a no prepayment pay at the property arrangement . The owner had started hassling us via bookings website the day before we arrived ,for us to pay immediately by card. Not sure how the misunderstanding arose but our booking was very clear in black and white. Pay at the property. ....In the event after some phone calls ,all was well and we paid cash at the property as we expected. but could have done without the stress on holiday.

Kato Zakros is a quiet little village right by the seaside. The room is literally few steps away from the beach and tavernas (but worry not, they close around 9-10, so we slept in peace, listening to the sound of waves). Perfect, cozy, budget room to explore rocky mountains of Eastern Crete. Owner is really friendly too :)

The location is perfect. Right on the beach and the sunbeds are free of charge. The restaurant is also a couple of passes and has really tasty food. The personnel is friendly and helpful.

The property is quite old but has everything you need.

The breakfast. Proximity to the beach. Helpful host.

Dark, oppressive room. Incomprehensibly poky bathroom/toilet/shower.
