De uitzicht was geweldig.

De communicatie met de eigenaar en het personeel was zeer slecht. Alles was ongeorganiseerd: er was niets geregeld of aangekondigd, waardoor we bij aankomst uren moesten wachten. Daarnaast had ik twee duurdere kamers gereserveerd, maar kreeg ik goedkopere kamers toegewezen. Toen ik contact probeerde op te nemen met de eigenaar hierover, kreeg ik geen reactie en ook geen terugbetaling. Dat was erg teleurstellend en onprofessioneel. Het uitzicht op zee was wel prachtig. Wat daarnaast vreemd is: bij het uitchecken moet je nog apart betalen voor elektriciteit en water. Houd hier rekening mee, want deze kosten kunnen soms extreem hoog uitvallen.

Extreem slechte communicatie en totale chaos. Uren moeten wachten omdat niets geregeld was. Ik had dure kamers geboekt maar kreeg goedkopere kamers, en de eigenaar reageerde nergens op en gaf geen cent terug. Schandalig. Uitzicht was mooi, maar daarna betaal je ook nog absurd hoge kosten voor water en elektriciteit bij het uitchecken. Belachelijk.

Wir konnten die erste Nacht nicht in dem Apartment übernachten, weil kein Ansprechpartner mehr zur Verfügung stand. Bis 18:00 Uhr sollte jemand verfügbar sein. Ab 17:15 Uhr war niemand mehr da und wir mussten in einen anderen Hotel die Nacht verbringen und extra bezahlen. Es gab kein Ablageplatz oder Fach oder Security, wo wir unseren Apartment Schlüssel bekommen hätten können hat sich einfach niemand gemeldet.

The property is in a great location. That’s probably the best thing about staying here

The host is unreachable. No help whatsoever when it comes to problems. They tell you to lie and say you have a one month booking when you don’t. I booked a 1 month stay between two different apartments my first stay was 10 days while my other booking was about 22 days in a bigger and better apartment. Because they make you do a face scan that only lets you go to the amenities of your own floor they can not give you another face scan until 1 month has passed. So if you have any issues in your apartment that you would need to move to a different apartment I’d literally impossible I had to have booking cancel my reservation because they refused to let me check in to my upgraded apartment. The host is horrible she makes this place look terrible how she is not communicative at all. Will never answer your calls. Will send you a copy paste message when you text her your problems that doesn’t help your situation at all but she makes sure to tell you to lie about how long your stay is so she doesn’t get in trouble while letting you deal with the problem yourself. I hate that she’s the owner of all the apartments up to be rented. As soon as I find out how to report this shady business to Thai authorities maybe she’ll operate with better business practices.

Book only if you want to go through hellish experience with such a bunch of cheats.

Don't even bother booking with these cheats. They refused check in at the booked property unless I shell in more money (more than the booking amount). They refused to cancel and refund. Avoid such unscrupulous cheats like the plague!!

The View

The Host was horrible, terrible with communication, or getting anything done. The bed is not a King Bed like on the description and its as hard as a concrete slab. Barely anything there supply wise, and something told me to make sure to contact her assistant prior to check out because I might have an issue getting my deposit back because and luckily for me because she had no idea I was checking out the next day. The low reviews are correct, I dont recommend booking and I regret ever booking this place based off the location.
