Clairement une arnaque ! Nous avons attendus pendant plus de 4heures et personnes est venu nous ouvrir malgré 4 personnes contacté. Le gardien nous a dit lui même que nous nous etions fait arnaqué. Et le pire , ils nous ont envoyé un message pour partir avant midi sachant que nous n'étions jamais rentré dans leur logement et ont refusé de nous rembourser.

The property was fine. I didn’t like that the air conditioning was never on in the public areas

I arrived at the property,there was no one to meet us,and when the representative did show she was so scatterbrained that she had no clue. She finally contacted Daisy who tried to upsell a different condo with a different price that I thought I was at a timeshare presentation.Daisy in my opinion should not be allowed on your site she is selling a product that the condo complex doesn’t allow,and because of that I moved out after 3 days and went to a hotel..Booking.com should really look into the people who represent them because after this experience I will not be using you again.
