Riviera Jomtien by Daisy Pattaya

Location and riviera itself very beautiful. Stayed with my son for 1 month. Staff helpful. Had a couple of problems with air-conditioning then WiFi but both were fixed as soon as possible. Had a memorable time with my son in Jomtien. Thankyou 🙏

Good location, nice building. Riviera staff very good and friendly. Post office efficient.

(Specifically 2 bedCondo) Host made the stay very difficult, uncomfortable and to top it off refused to acknowledge my deposit because I paid in cash. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Overpriced cleaning and bed change. Was really shocking stay and a way for a host to treat guests!

There is nothing you can do like. Room was so smelly and furniture is broken, no clean

Room was so dirty and smelly, no one come clean and there is no staff who take care room and staff don't pick up call and no reply after check in, i just lost my money, in booking.com all pictures are fake of room, they don't have that rooms.

I book 2 nights with 2 bedrooms condo because we are family. but when we arrived they told me its already occupied the 2 bedrooms and they will give me a villa that is abit away from place. Then when i said just let me do the refund the owner offer me 2 separate room. Nothing we can do but to accept the separate room. We waited the key too long. Very bad experience. 1st day with separate rooms - bedit not functioning. One room airconditioned dripping watters direct to bed. I chatted the caretaker but no action at all. 2nd day transfer to 2 bedrooms. When we arrived the room. Still they are cleaning around. Master bedroom comforter wasnt change. Then i paid addtional 300 for almost an hour of late check out. Very disappointed with our 1st day experience.

Process for check in. Took long time, they didnt pick up phone on time. Apartment had a strong smell, like something wet.
